Objectives
The association aims to bring the operators of sensory evaluation (sensory and/or consumer
sciences) together.
- Facilitate exchanges between members
- Collect, share and disseminate sensory domain information
- Promote sensory professions
- Organize conferences, courses or working groups
- Build bridges with other structures
- Undertake any other activity in accordance with previous objectives

Currently underway, the VocaConso project aims to develop an identifying method for sensory terms in order to ensure clear, understandable and effective communication with consumers. |
